– Minimum 1-year call center experience.

– Strong written & spoken communication skills in English.

– Should have good typing skills.

– Requirement is to handle Inbound calls, Chat, Email & make outbound calls.

– Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

– Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

– Respond to Emails and Chats in a professional and timely manner.

– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

– Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services.

– Place new orders as & when needed.

– Follow call script & etiquette.

– Providing information on the services offered.

– Escalating inquiries to respective departments or supervisor as & when needed.

– Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge.

– Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
