The Senior Manager in Research will play a pivotal role in driving our research efforts, focusing primarily on secondary research methodologies across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background from a top-tier institute, coupled with extensive experience in conducting secondary research and a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive secondary research across diverse domains to gather relevant data, industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
2. Develop and maintain a robust research framework and methodology to ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability of findings.
3. Analyze and synthesize complex data sets to extract key insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand research objectives, provide strategic guidance, and support decision-making processes.
5. Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry developments, and best practices in research methodologies to continuously enhance research capabilities.
6. Lead and mentor junior research team members, providing guidance on research techniques, analytical methodologies, and presentation skills.
7. Develop and deliver engaging presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate research findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred from a top-tier institute.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in research, with a focus on secondary research methodologies.
3. Proven track record of successfully conducting secondary research across diverse domains.
4. Experience in Indian government projects is considered a plus, but not required.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
7. Proficiency in research tools and databases, as well as data visualization and presentation software.
8. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading and mentoring teams.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
