Position & Grade Regional Manager – Training

Experience Required 4-7 years of Audiology Training role

Reporting to Head – Retail Excellence and Training

Job Purpose:

To identify learning needs of the audiology team members, to design, implement and deliver clinical learning programs helping business delivery.

Job Specifications and responsibilities:

• Ability to build a team with strong clinical performance thereby supporting the business
• Ability to lead the team to deliver on excellent service delivery to the clients and customer experience
• Demonstrable ability to provide especially on-job training, group training and focused group learning
• Rigorous travel across the assigned region
• Ability to motivate the team and lead from the front. Build a stature that people would look up to.
• To build trust and value the team members; Communicate effectively with the team, external and internal customers.
• Foster innovation and strong ability to drive execution and meet the assigned results.
• Extensive experience in the field of Audiology and impart the knowledge to the team through timely training and development initiatives.
• Seamlessly coordinate with area and regional business heads to deliver the training outcomes
• Knowledge of using virtual medium to design and conduct learning programs

Qualifications and requirements of the role:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Qualification in Audiology (Masters in Audiology or Equivalent).
• Strong clinical, business and supervision skills.
• Should have handled a clinical or training role in the past
