What are we looking for?

• 3 – 6 years of working experience in the advertising industry
• Working experience on social media campaigns, digital campaigns for Facebook LinkedIn, Google and Youtube, logo design and branding, etc
• Knowledge of how digital full funnel marketing works
• Ability to decipher business requirements and the intent of that particular requirement
• Should be able to work on conceptual campaigns from scratch to the final output
• Need to be updated with latest design trends (Integrated campaigns, advertising ideas, typography, use of colors)
• Should have eye for details (We don’t like rushing things for the sake of completion)
• Should be able to adhere to timelines which are committed and be self-disciplined
• Time management and prioritization of work is a must
• Should be open to taking sessions on topics which are your forte and educate other designers
• Should be able to communicate with internal teams and be on client calls to understand their requirements
• Present design ideas to the client
• Education from an art school preferred (BFA, BDes, etc)
