IQVIA Hiring for Business Systems Analyst 2 at Bangalore, India Full Time

• Experience in healthcare domain with strong exposure on studying the requirements and do business analysis & gap assessments.

• Ability to document the “ Business requirement specification ” documents by reflecting all the use cases & process flows to get the clear visibility on the requirements.

• Review the product functional design specifications in line with operational business requirements.

• Ability to interact with UI designers to explain the user requirements and validate the UI design outcomes in line with BRS document.

• Ability to interact with integration specialists to explain the user requirements and validate the proposed integration touch points & impacts of it, in line with BRS document.

• Ability to validate user acceptance test scripts and execute the UAT workshops in line with BRS documents.

• Ability to demonstrate the prosed UI designs and delivered features to super users in line with agreed BRS document.

• experienced subject matter expert in LIS (Lab information system) is plus.

• Healthcare domain knowledge is mandatory.

• Certified scrum master is plus

• Knowledge/Experience in HL7 is plus.
