Details: Our client, one of the major players in the gaming industry, is recruiting a Java
Backend Developer to join their growing team! Working closely with various
stakeholders in different locations globally, you will be responsible for building and
maintaining a state of the art gambling site! Working on the company’s main platform,
you will be responsible for:
Carrying out integrations with external systems
Developing internal components and subsystems
Carrying out any Frontend development as necessary
Developing and implementing new features
Working in an agile methodology
Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks as necessary
Experience:
Relevant qualifications in Software development, Computer Science or the
Equivalent
3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with web application/service development
SQL Knowledge is a must
Experience in Tomcat, Maven, Spring, MongoDB, Guava, Guice, MySQL, Nginx,
Linux, Jenkins, and GIT is considered a plus
Excellent command of the English language
Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving approach
Team player but able to work alone
Ability to prioritize time accordingly and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to communicate information in both a technical and non-technical manner
