We, at Delhi’s Best Advertising Agency, are looking for a knowledgeable Accounting Manager who can lead and motivate accounting staff members and increase department accuracy and efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit

• Can manage 3 – 4 Members

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions

• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

· Handle sale invoicing under GST

· Prepare assets, liability, and capital account entries

· Responsible for payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Proactively identify changes required to be initiated.

· Analysis of day-to-day accounting transactions and should manage tight delivery timelines, Support in finalization of Accounts, and compliance matters from the Income Tax Act / GST Act.

· Assist in any other accounting projects that may be assigned for day-to-day accounting matters.
