Job Description:
Responsible for day to day operations, patient data tracking & up skilling the units.
Ensure store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Monitoring the stock levels & indent the same to Central Purchase.
Verification of goods indented vs goods received.
Maintenance of store materials/ orders/PO/GRN.
Training of stores staff & maintenance of records and submission of same to central purchase.
Any other works assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Specification:
Minimum Qualifications – Graduate / MBA Hospital management /Hospital administration.
Work Experience: With minimum 1 Year to 7 Years as Stores Executive in Hospital is mandatory.
Technical Qualifications – Proficient in Excel, Data analysis.
Excellent written and communication skills.
