Job Objective
Effectively handle Front Desk / Receptionist area .
Principal Accountabilities
1. Handling Telephone Board lines – EPBX
2. Generating daily call monitoring reports & submit to Admin
3. Attending the visitor and Maintaining Registers of Attendance / Visitor / Out Door duty)
4. Maintaining recPrincipal Accountabilitiesords of all Inward & Outward materials.
5. Receive Couriers and postage.
6. Hotel Bookings / Domestic Ticketing (Air,Rail and Train)
7. Conference Room bookings & Ensuring the cleanliness & maintaining the décor.
8. Administration data base work (Mobile bills / Landline / Electricity / Data card)
9. ERP Requisitions.
10. Apart from routine, other work given by HOD’s / Director
11. Co-ordinating to events activities.
12. Follow up with accounts for vendor payment.
13. Any other activity entrusted by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
