• Responsibilities and Duties*

• Handling of day to day accounts & Passing of all accounting entries in tally/QuickBooks

(Passing of bank entries, Invoice, Purchase, Debit Note, Credit Note, Receipts, Payment, Internal transfers etc.)

• Should be well versed in MS Office, Google Drive, Gmail , Excel, World etc.

• Should be well versed in TALLY/QUICK BOOKS able to handle independently.

• Should be able to handle receivables and payables independently.

• Should be able to reconcile the accounts

• Should have knowledge of maintaining attendance log & calculation of salary for staff & labor

• Creative thinking and a strong understanding of Company accounting, bookkeeping,

• Should be confident, clear and stable in thinking to deliver the results

• Ensure timely deliverable, quality outputs, and team coordination

• Ensure coordination with other department heads and smooth operations within the organization.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

• Coordination with the management team, staff members and clients.

• Developing knowledge of the commercial aspects of the company.

• Commerce Graduates, BCom / MCom / BBA with the knowledge of accounting can apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
