2. Hands on Training experince in basic query of select, modify, delete, diaplay, aulter, truncate.
3. Provide technical support for enterprise-level applications, referring to general questions of users and trouble of tickets.
4. Document preparation towards issue troubleshooting & resolution.
5. Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions to users.
6. Good knowledge of application maintenance support.
7. Should be able to handle clarify the user doubt during requirement gathering.
8. Able to resolve the query independently
BE / B Tech / Diploma / BCA / B.SC / IT or equivalent
