Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver assigned doorstep service to customer with high degree of service quality
- Provide solution or alternative solutions to customer – need to have consulting mindset
- Adhere to processes and SOPs
- Collaborate with other teams for effective functioning and customer service
- Display high degree of Service Quality and Customer Experience
- Posses domain knowledge of services offered to customers
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have Windows Laptop
- Must own a 2-Wheeler
- Must have a driving license
- Must be soft spoken
- Understand customers concerns if any.
