Aon India Insurance Broker Pvt Ltd Hiring for Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts at Mumbai Full Time

• Assist in periodic finalization/ book closure and support for MIS/reporting activities.
• General accounting activities in F&A and invoicing. Maintain master income tracker.
• Support team in vendor invoice verification, accounting, and payments.
• Regular tracking & follow up for statements with Insurer’s for timely revenue booking.
• Identify receipts in Bank Account and follow up with Insurer’s to clear unidentified receipts.
• Follow up on regular basis with Insurer on receivables and help business in improving collections. * Ensuring completeness of information in Revenue tracker. Checking, validating & correction of data in Revenue tracker on timely basis.
• Perform Policy wise receivables reconciliations and ensure correctness.
• Support on GST, TDS computation/reconciliation, payment and return filings.
• Assist in preparation of schedules for statutory and internal audit.
• Assist in other regulatory requirements from authorities.
• Assist in accounting system migration, integration, process improvement.
• Work closely with internal finance team on adhoc requirements.
• Work on data preparation and fulfil reports requirement from CFO.

Required Skills and Qualification –

• Min Qualification -CA
• 1-4 years in F&A; preferably from Insurance Industry or regulated financial service organizations, or at a minimum having a service industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
