We are looking for a Senior Project Architect with the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in a good firm with international exposure.
• Experience at handling work at site.
• Should have knowledge of services and detailing.
• Good coordination skills with contractors and vendors.

Required Skills:

· Working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures

· Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done

· Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancy

· Excellent written + verbal communication and client relationship management skills

· Collaborative and team-conscious

· Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships through successful project delivery

The Senior Project Architect is responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables in construction documents. Senior Project Architect works on all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. They report to Director on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion on time, meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordination with Various MEP consultants and keeping design intent intact while getting functionality and cost in place and following remain main roles responsibility.
• Produce sets of construction documents in both design development (DD) and CD phases and maintain a daily task list for assigned projects discussing time allotments, schedules, and delegations
• Supervising Estimation from an estimation of ensuring correct specifications, quantities in tender documents
• Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented and mitigated
• Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
• Communicate directly with Client agents, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Write clear, articulate meeting and communications notes.
