Apeejay Education Society is looking for Manager- Admissions and Outreach who will be looking after the Universitys programs among the channel partners. He/She must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details to the channel partners and their sales resources.

Job Responsibilities-
Builds and procures fruitful, business-like connections with important channel partners in several regions, such as Delhi/NCR.
Coordinates with various CPs to provide marketing assistance, end-to-end service from agreement to payout, allocating resources to existing CPs, and grooming new CPs to gain steadfast loyalty.
Meet Channel partner performance objectives and partners expectations
Meets assigned admission targets college-wise by proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Aligning the ASU counseling team with the CPs for cooperative course sourcing, counseling, and marketing.
Traveling 50% to 70% of the time to various institutes, colleges, and schools is part of the job.
Experience- 7 years to 12 years in a similar role
Excellent communication, leadership, people management skills are a must have
Ability to learn quickly, think independently and convince others is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
Track record of over-achieving targets
Experience working in sales force or similar CRM is a plus
Familiarity with different sales/counselling techniques and pipeline management.
