Job Description

Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.

Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Own a business problem and deliver end-to-end solution by applying Machine Learning algorithms and statistical models.

Requirements

Excellent with communications and stakeholder engagement

High proficiency in data mining, modeling, validation, and insight generation.

Excellent working knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and machine learning algorithms.

High proficiency in coding languages, including Python and SQL; Understanding of cloud computing platforms GCP, AWS etc.

Experience:
1 to 3 years in diving into data and building statistical models, has a degree in quantitative field such as math, physics, computer science.

Knowledge and experience in recommendation systems, regression and classification models.

You are a clear and concise communicator who can synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate meaningful insights.

You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
