To receive the patients with a pleasant smile and wish them.
To attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhering to telephonic manner.
To see if the patient is a new patient or an old patient (Already registered).
To get the information about the nature of illness and guide them to the concerned department.
To give the registration forms and help them to fill and guide them to the Out Patient Department (OPD).
To send the patient to the Medical Officer, if the information is not clear regarding their illness.

Customer :

Assess and respond to Organisational and customer needs with innovative programs to ensure customer satisfaction .Implement patient friendly billing guidelines
To build in good relationship with customer for improving customer loyalty
To ensure customer satisfaction level is more than 95 % in the specified areas
To ensure effective work processes with reference to service delivery
To work on time specific standard and implement the same within a period of three months
