Field Quality and Training In-Charge

Reports to

Project Manager; Functional Reporting to Training Manager – Head Office

Job purpose

• To drive the quality assurance process towards achieving industry standards quality benchmarks ensuring the best possible services are provided by the employees in their various deliverables
• To execute the training of the new joiners and the existing employees, ensuring their skills and capabilities are built to meet the needs of their job objectives to the fullest potential.

Duties and responsibilities

• To identify the training needs of Jharkhand
• To ensure all the field trainers are up to date in knowledge levels as per latest modules/developments
• To ensure training sessions are conducted as per the defined Schedule
• To plan the travel as per the training plan considering geographical areas in consensus with Project Managers
• To ensure training checklist is implemented and identify the gaps
• To monitor the filed movement of all the field training staff of Jharkhand
• To compile daily, weekly and Monthly reports from all the Field Trainers, analyze and submit to Training Manager – Head office
• Identification of training gaps and closure with support from PM

Support from Program Manager:

• Roster management of Field Trainers
• Field Trainers movement tracking and training plan adherence
• Trainee Attendance to be collected and compiled from Cluster Managers
• Scheduling, planning and intimation of Operational responsibilities of field trainers on a weekly basis
• Travel Bills validation of the Field Trainers

Authorities

• Timely and apt decisions on the Quality and training proceeding ensuring the quality and training needs are addressed

Qualifications

• Education: MBBS or para medic – B Sc Nursing/M Sc Nursing/ BMLT/Bpharma/Dpharma
• Skills & Abilities:

o Good computer proficiency

o Good communication and Interpersonal skills

o Flexible to work in any shift.

o Effective decision-making skills

o Should be proficient in Hindi and English. Optional – Telugu

o Good judgement at identifying and profiling People

o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality & Training

Working conditions

Should be Flexible to travel to remote locations. Travel percentage being 60 – 70% of Working days in a Month

Physical requirements

Work week: 6 days a week

Shift timings: General shift

Job location: Hub at Jharkhand

Should be open to work with strict timelines and deliverables and be available for work apart from the mentioned work week and shift timings.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
