Your Role and Responsibilities

• L3/SME level expertise in handling XenDesktop and XenApp environment with multiple sites.
• L3/SME level expertise in handling Citrix VDI deployed via MCS/PVS.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct malfunctions and help resolve multi-faceted problems
• Working with service management request, responding & resolving within the required SLA.
• Interacting with clients in understanding their requirements & supporting them.
• Good understanding and working knowledge on Nutanix Prism and AHV hypervisor management
• Working knowledge of server, network, personal computer (PC) and application deployments

Primary/Core Responsibilities:

• 8+ Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both Xen App, Xen Desktop with multiple sites and farms
• Installation, Configuration & Management Virtual App & Desktop Farms
• Creation of Citrix VM/Clone providing them via MCS & PVS provisioning methods
• Creating and managing Machine Catalogs & Delivery groups.
• Publishing Applications/Desktop – Dedicate and Pooled via Citrix Studio
• Advanced Knowledge and work Experience on Citrix Provisioning Server
• Updating and Maintaining Golden Images/Templates.
• Managing Provisioning services – Site Services with High Availability; vDisk Management; Write-Cache Location Management; Device Collections
• Advanced Knowledge and work Experience on StoreFront
• Basic Knowledge and work Experience on Citrix Netscaler in the following areas
  • Authentication Methods; Directory Management; Access Control Options.
  • Baseline configuration support and troubleshooting; SSL and Certificates; Two-Factor Authentication
• Managing Citrix License server.
• Good Exposure with Citrix Director
• Farm and Servers Reports / Maintenance
• Troubleshooting VDA registration Issues
• Knowledge on app layering and Netscaler.
• PVS build knowledge
• Profile Management solution like UPM, AppSense
• Basic understanding about DNS , DHCP , Storage, Networking.
• Good understanding of OS standards of Windows Server (2k8, 2k12), AD, Nutanix Hypervisor concept
