Position – accounts executive
Educational Qualification – B.com
Experience – Fresher
Location – Mangalore
Roles and Responsibility:
- Verification of petty cash expenses and posting the entries in Tally
- Cheque deposits in banks and supporting accounting manager in cash withdrawal
- Maintenance of supporting documents, Verification of purchase bills and other expense, posting the relevant entries
- Preparation of BRS
- Supporting the GST team in Input credits and reconciliations
- Raising the sales invoices for the day to day sales
- Monitoring and Filing of Accounts and Statutory Filings like TDS, GST, Income Tax Returns, etc. MIS reporting, Taxation, Tax planning.
- High Proficiency in ERP and MS Office – Excel is must.
