We have a Opening for a Senior US IT recruiter for Appian Infotech in Software Tech Park of India located at Ranchi Jharkhand.

Job Type- Full Time.

Shift Timing- Night Shift

Working day: 5

Experience- 0 to 7 year experience

Desired/Essential Skills:

· 1 to 6 years of US Recruiting experience with a focus on Contract, Contract to Hire and Full-Time positions.

· Hands-on experience in the complete US recruitment life cycle.

· Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

· Experience in recruiting, US Citizens, GC’s, OPT and EAD consultants.

· Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Careerbuilder, Dice, Monster and Techfetch.

· Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc. and Google AIRS searches.

· Proficient in Salary/Hourly Rate negotiations

· Proficient in different Tax Terms Like W2, 1099, C2C and INC.

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. (Preferably Ceipal)
