Job Description-

-Communicate with customers through live chat or email.

-Receive and respond to customer inquiries and concerns over a chat.

-Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.

-Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for products and services.

-Close sales.

-Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information

-Written business communication skills.

-Computer savvy with Microsoft Office skills.

Pay: ₹10,569.11 – ₹35,000.85 per month
