Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Node.js and MongoDB, along with a proven track record of developing robust backend systems for multiple applications and websites. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
– Design and develop backend systems and APIs using Node.js and MongoDB
– Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to define and implement backend requirements
– Optimize application performance and scalability
– Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
– Troubleshoot and debug backend issues in production environments
– Mentor the team mates and provide guidance to the developers in the team.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 3+ years of experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on Node.js and MongoDB
– Proven track record of developing backend systems for multiple applications and websites
– Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
– Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:
