Job Description
Facility management (Security and housekeeping)
AMC managing for office fixings and civil/electrical work coordination
Front office, stationery, and technical team (HVAC & Elec) management
Inventory management, asset audits, new assets ID preparations
Office expenses management – office rent, electricity, Diesel, telephone, and other bills.
Space management and meeting rooms allocations supervision
Maintain report for EB consumption, office consumables and expense
Managing petty cash, R&M cost, and reimbursements
Invoice receipt and booking to finance for all admin scope work vendors
Fire safety and other trainings arrangement to team
Managing critical assets like server, UPS, and DG and remote coordination with IT team
IT coordination, Access control system, IT assets record maintenance,
CCTV monitoring and controlling, 24×7 CCTV report supervision
Monthly provisions and submitting expense invoices for office
New vendor registrations, quotations, negotiations, logistic coordination, e-way bill creation
Support/Vendor staff CLRA audit quarterly basis for HR requirement.
Approaching govt officials for office related permissions and tax payments and forms submission
Business continuity preparations & Overall administration SPOC for Chennai business unit
Qualifications
Any Graduate
Experience: 3+ Yrs
