Overview:
You: You are a motivated and passionate Systems Administrator. You possess the experience to support our Technical Services team’s success through diligent support, monitoring and troubleshooting of our enterprise systems. You are intrigued by the unique challenges facing the infrastructure domain and strive to drive value. You are familiar with traditional infrastructure operations but also completely comfortable in contemporary DevOps and cloud delivery models.

Responsibilities:
Join a team of talented IT professional in a fast-paced, innovation-focused, high demand business environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our current IT infrastructure environment while assisting us with maturing and developing our global operations strategy.
Will be responsible for the support of ongoing service model associated with infrastructure architecture, solution implementation, server administration, enterprise storage, backup and collaboration solutions.
You will maintain existing IT infrastructure strategies, policies, procedures, standards, tools and guidelines to promote a global operations approach, maintaining high availability and quality.
In a fast paced and growing environment, you will drive global operational excellence assisting Technical Services in the development of metrics and reporting of infrastructure and service health.
Qualifications:
Overall 5+ years of experience as a System Admin
2-3 years relevant of experience providing IT and/or Technical/Operations services.
2-3 years’ relevant experience with Windows operating system (some Linux preferred but not required) installation and patch administration/management.
2-3 years’ relevant experience with Microsoft Active Directory enterprise-level design, implementation and support.
2+ years’ experience with virtualization technologies and hypervisors including VMWare.
2+ years’ experience supporting and operating physical hardware including VXRail, Exadata storage or similar types of hardware.
2+ years’ experience with the configuration and maintenance of LDAP in a multi-site environment.
2+ years’ experience with database systems (MySQL and/or SQL Server).
2+ years’ experience with shell scripting.
Strong knowledge in administering Azure AD, Azure AD DS, Active Directory (AD) and GPO’s.
2-3 years experience in O365 Suite
2 -3 years experience troubleshooting techniques and problem solving
Able to write and update documentation on technical systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Willing to collaborate with teammates, and other colleagues.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Must be a motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
Team oriented performer, focused on the tasks and goals of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ISO, SOC, and other common industry standards
Azure and AWS experience a plus
Experience supporting Hybrid cloud ecosystems
Experience managing systems in a Windows, Mac, and Linux environments a plus
Ability to automate routine tasks or at a minimum identify opportunities for automation efficiencies.
