Job Title: Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable (Immediate Joiners)

Timings: 1:30 PM – 10.30 PM IST

Experience: 2-3 years

Skills:

• Prior experience working for Procurement, Vendor On-boarding, Reporting and Finance would be preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SharePoint content/document management
• Practical application ability with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to accomplish manual Data Management and reporting between different Procurement and AP tools

Project Requirement: Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Process
SharePoint

• Transfer engagement information from SharePoint to Archer (engagement risk rating, description, approvers, attachments)
• Initial data transfer to catch up on all project activities to-date
• Then ongoing monitoring of SharePoint activity (new entries) until we automate the process in the new risk system
• Quality Checks on the SharePoint data entry (status fields, completeness, latency)

Archer Tool (Risk Assessment Tool)

• Supporting requests for data pulls/reports out of Archer for program purposes (e.g. pulling all engagements, all vendors, joining the tables together, enriching the data with external information such as AP info, etc)
• Possibly helping reconcile Archer engagement data to other sources (e.g. Serengeti, FITs)
• Addressing data related inquiries
• Periodic reporting out of Archer (assessments completed, remaining vendors in backlog, etc.)
