Take calls from parents and do outbound calling
Ensure leads are converted into potential enquiries and walk-ins
Maximizing on daily calls and sharing the prospect list with the admissions team daily
Identifying customers needs
Taking customers calls and solving queries
Enter and Update parents information in the database
This is a Customer Support / TeleCaller job in Chembur/Mulund Mumbai
Education – Undergraduate/ Graduate Male/Female
Impeccable command over English & Hindi. Knowledge of a secondary language- Marathi/Gujarati will be an added advantage.
It is a Full Time job for 0 – 6 months of experience in Customer Support / TeleCaller
This job has 6 days working with Day Shift. Weekly off on a weekday.
