ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce

Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience as an Accountant

Field of Knowledge/Working:

Full Knowledge of Tally 9 and Microcysts Software.

Preparation & maintenance of Daily Book Keeping Like Cash Book, Day Book, Journal and other records, Daily Bank reconciliation, supplier and customers’ accounts, Control Cash Flow.

Dealing with Bank regarding sanctioning & enhancement, renewal of C/C limit, term Loan, Book Debt loan and day to day transaction and maintaining bank formalities.

Preparation and submission of quarterly vat returns and submission their assessments and preparation & finalization monthly GST returns and online submission, half yearly service tax return and quarterly TDS return and their assessment.

Preparation and submission of monthly trial balance and projected Balance Sheet for submission with various departments.

Finalization of Annual Accounts, Balance Sheet, P&L accounts, Income Tax returns and other documents required under the Income Tax Act, Scrutiny & other assessments.

Preparation and submission of monthly & annually P.F & ESI returns and Annual return related with labor department.

Minimum Age 45 Years.

Salary: 35,000 to 45,000

Timings: 10am to 6pm
