Greeting the customer
Understand customer’s complains.
Checking vehicle and diagnosing problem using laptop and diagnostic equipments.
Taking approval from customer.
Explaining work to technician.
Updating customer about progress or delays.
Inspecting the quality of work done.
Taking trial before delivery of vehicle.
Explaining the work performed and the parts replaced at the time of invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
