Greeting the customer

Understand customer’s complains.

Checking vehicle and diagnosing problem using laptop and diagnostic equipments.

Taking approval from customer.

Explaining work to technician.

Updating customer about progress or delays.

Inspecting the quality of work done.

Taking trial before delivery of vehicle.

Explaining the work performed and the parts replaced at the time of invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
