Supervising and Managing the entire workshop.

 Establishing and achieving Operational objectives.

 Determining the need for new tools and arrange for purchase.

 Evaluating the performance of all in the workshop.

 Ensure prompt response to customer issues.

 Ensuring quality of repair work in the workshop.

 Minimum vehicle downtime.

 Ensure availability of required tools and equipments in the workshop.

 Ensure availability of sufficient manpower with requisite skills to attend to customer complaints.

 Provide feedback to Management and Tata Motors on vehicle performance, aggregate life and critical

failures in the field.

 Warranty & Goodwill claim administration in the workshop.

 Coordinate with proprietary parts SPM and service centers.

 Ensure implementation of policies and directions from Management and Tata Motors in the workshop.

 Maintain workforce morale and motivation in the workshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
