Greetings from ARION MEDIA CORPWe are looking for immediate Digital marketing- Head with 10+ years of experience in SEO and Paid campaigns.Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic development

• Build, plan and implement a marketing-focused digital strategy for our products
• Develop and monitor campaigns across various online channels
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for our products
• Planning and execution of communications and media actions across all digital platforms
• Plan and deliver an effective content marketing strategy for our products tailored to the target audience.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Analysis and Performance Management

• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns’ overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team
• Evaluate market conditions, conduct customer research and analyze competitors’ data
• Measure ROI and KPIs for campaign budgets.

Online Brand Management

• Formulate effective branding plans for our products and services
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Be an advocate of the brand essence, identity and tone of voice guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to and implementation of brand-building measures across our digital infrastructures.

Cost Management

• Participate in product enhancement, pricing and positioning
• Keep track of digital marketing expenses and overall op-ex of the team
• Perform budgetary control of content, media and technology used in various campaigns

Team Management

• Lead the Digital Marketing Team comprising SEO, SEM, SMO professionals, graphic and web designers, content writers, analysts etc.
• Train and nurture team members towards better productivity and performance
• Drive innovation and encourage the team to seek out and identify new trends in technology and digital marketing

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR40,000.00 – INR75,000.00 per monthSchedule:
