Job Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Salary :
25k to 27k CTC for Fresher
Up to 34k CTC for Experience (Depends upon profile and Interview)

Job Description :

➢ To escalate queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
➢ Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
➢ To provide the best resolution to the customers.
➢ Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
➢ Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
➢ Qualification: 12th and Above
➢ Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
➢ Computer Knowledge
➢ Flexible (24/7) environment
