Position Overview:-
Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained. The SM will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability, maintaining budgets. Planning, Forecasting and Meeting Sales and downstream business targets.- Timely Submission and coordination with regional finance team in settlement of dealer claims.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Management-The SM will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing the sales team and monitoring their performance.
Operations Management-The SM will be responsible for ensuring that the operations of the dealership are smooth.
Customer Service-The SM will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the dealership’s services, resolving customer complaints and implementing measures to improve customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion-The SM will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales, develop customer loyalty, and enhance the dealership’s brand image.
Reporting-The SM will be accountable to the GM. He is supposed to report to him for overall work.

Desired Skillets and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a commercial vehicle dealership of Tata Motors in a GM or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
• Strong leadership , communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle products and services

Salary:-

The SM’s salary may vary depending on the experience, qualifications and location. The average salary range for this role is 25000 per month. Incentives may vary depending on the performance.
