Manufacturing & Global Procurement > COO ASP > Regional Manufacturing ASP

This role is a part of Regional Manufacturing ASP, Chennai catering as an Administration and Management Assistant to the Vice President and Factory Manager.

Responsibilities

Manages the day to day operational and administrative activities of the Vice-President by setting and monitoring his schedule
Supporting the management team and also take up additional roles in the facility and administration
Preparing for meetings and arranging teleconferences often over different time zones
Obtains, complies and extract information from files, publications and other sources to prepare documents and briefing papers
Prepare all aspects of VP’s travel, from travel approval to preparing expenses reports, trip program etc
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and various stake holder

Qualifications

Graduate or a Post Graduate of any stream
Minimum 3-6 years in relevant functions
Proficient in MS Office

Competencies

Organizational and time management skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Efficient management of work
Stakeholder management & understanding business insight
Coordination and taking up new initiatives
