Project Planning-
Bill of Material (BOM5): Prepare BOM5 for each project within 1 day of receiving the project drawings, process the BOM in the ERP and place orders for each service/product.
Expected COGS sheet: Maintain expected COGS for each project and look out for ways of reducing COGS constantly ( HDS Margin of Min 15 % needs to be ensured in each category )
Project tracking: Track each project from receiving drawings till completion of site readiness through the SmartSheet / any other tool

Installation phase-
Ensure items needed at the time of woodwork installation are delivered on time – viz., appliances, mirrors, glass, Armadio and their OEM installation
Vendor management-
Capacity Tracker: Maintain a real time information regarding the vendors for each service and their current capacity to serve HomeLane
Handle finance and accounts for the vendors – PI/PO/Invoice and payments
Negotiate with vendors for a fixed rate for each service
Provide timely feedback on price or material changes to the pricing team. Appliances which are discontinued, must be removed from our quotation system.
Keep a quality and behaviour check on the vendors for each your delivery units
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management / purchase. (Freshers can also apply with relevant training from the institute.)
Strong negotiating and vendor management skills.
Solid project management.
High bias for action.
Working days- 6 days per week
