POSITION: Admin Assistant / Assistant Officer Administration
Reporting to : Finance Head
Subordinates : Office boy (contract).
Age : 25 – 30 years
Qualification : any degree / any post graduate
Experience : 6 months – 1 year
SKILLS REQUIRED
Communication Skills in English and Tamil
Inter personal relation Skills
Empathy.
Computer Literate.
Ability to handle tough / sticky situations.
Analytical Skill.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for administration, communication systems and office equipment.
- Ensure all annual maintenance contracts such as A/C, Photocopiers, are renewed in time and all the office equipment and support infrastructure functions without interruption.
- Carry our purchase of items of office use such as stationery and office consumables.
- Ensure timely clearance of travel bills and verification of bills of other agencies whose services are hired
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
- Coordinate with canteen about menu and timely supply of food.
- Office cleanliness.
- Ensuring proper house keeping.
