Requirements :
- Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience as HR Manager or relevant position.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and a good team player and to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Description :
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
- Update and maintain employee information into System and personal files
- Generate EOD, weekly & monthly report for top Management review
- Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per year
