About This Job:

As a Chat Customer Support Representative, you will help customers with travel related questions via chat. Our Representatives are experts in the travel and leisure industry, helping consumers globally to take the vacations of their dreams. You will leverage your love of travel to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Chat agents work with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
• Provide real-time customer support
• Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
• Stay current on products and learn new services to advise customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle multiple chats at a time

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ of chat customer support experience
• Strong writing skills that is clear and concise
• Average typing speed – 60 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Problem solving approach
• Ability to thrive in high demand, high-pressure situations.
• Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 working environment, especially in an US schedule
• Travel knowledge is a plus

• Windows is 8.1 or 10. Mac OS must be at least High Sierra or 10.13
• CPU: 1.5 GHz or higher dual core processor
• RAM: 4 GB of RAM.
• Hard Drive: At least 250MB free space.
• Network Adapter: Must have an Ethernet adapter
• No Wireless Connections are permitted
