Account Manager
Job Description:
What You will Be Doing
The main purpose of the position is to manage existing customer and explore new customers
This position requires understating of customer need and accordingly strategies and plan all key activities in and around the same
Sales required to maintain relationship to maintain and grow customer billing based on defined targets
Responsible for business at dedicated customers
Drive strategies and programs to grow business and gain market share
Increase the relationship and build competition knowledge
Clearly penetrate existing Accounts and plan strategy to action for new Accounts
Negotiate strategic decisions on various management levels
Coordinate and interface with Engineering, Marketing, Internal Sales
Coordinate customer web trainings and seminars, design-in improvements, account tracking
Have a set of priorities for key accounts to drive the business
What We Are Looking For
Typically requires a 3-year degree and 3–6 years of related experience in the relevant filed and industry
