• • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in component Design & Development of Locomotive• Thorough knowledge of Cable conduits and packaging• Able to analyse shop issues and provide solutions• Should have worked on Concept generation using idea generation methods.• Have good knowledge on validation process of components.• Have good knowledge on New component introduction process.• Should have worked in FMEA, Validation & Verification plan.• Able to analyse shop issues and provide solutions• Strong knowledge in Engineering standards followed [ANSI,ISO,ASTM]• Good oral / written communication skill, English proficiency, MS office proficiency• GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, DFA/DFM/DFS.• Should have worked with cross-functional team of Designers, Engineers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Field service and external consulting engineering teams.• Minimum 3+ years of experience in NX 10 or above with TcE knowledge• Good in drawing reading skills.• Knowledge of manufacturing and machining process. Skills required • ANSI /ASME specification knowledge.• Manufacturing/Shop floor exposure.• Quality & Inspection measuring equipment knowledge. Personal soft skills• Good in Communication• Good analytical abilities• Creativity and ingenuity• Excellent work ethics• Self-motivated
