Looking 2-3 years experienced HR & Administrator for a reputed School.Job Description :-Interaction with schools to ensure smooth operationCoordinate with all Administrators of the School Trust and assist them in their activitiesCoordination with IT department, Finance, Legal and HR departmentsAssess the vendors in procuring movable assets to the schools.Vendor development and maintaining a database of approved vendors for all school equipment.Generating Monthly and weekly MIS reports of the Administration activities.Preparing MOMs of Admin meetings with the schools and other departments.Checking the quotes, making the technical and commercial comparisons and helping in preparing the work orders and purchase ordersCheck the vendor invoices and Interact with the Finance team to ensure the vendor payments.Location :- Discovery City, Srisailam Highway , Hyderabad.Qualification : MBA & good English communication.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9986779990
