Proficiency in Basic/Advance Excel

Administering the data entry interns for executing daily tasks for research and building data.

Creating weekly target of database target to be completed by everyone in the DATA team.

Searching data from various sources and building records of the same.

Managing and building industry database . Function: (Influencers, Celebrity, Brands, Artists, Vendors, Prospective Employees)

Sorting and Verifying the accuracy of the collective data of the team.

Finding email listings and building lead generation funnels.

Co-ordinating and sorting Calendar sheet for social media content, social media ad and Pitch target calendars in accordance with creative team, business development team and campaign managers.

Organizing data and creating compelling target calendars.

Communicating with internal team to support the execution process

Conducting compelling market research in lead generation.

Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information

Maintaining cost sheet of Influencers costing and budgets for deliverable.

Fast typing with an eye for detail.

Familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.

Administering the artists database record.

Competitor Analysis of prospective of clients

Conducting analytical data reports on brand campaigns.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree

Good command of English and Hindi.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational skills.

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Being a leader and taking ownership of tasks

Fast learner with can-do attitude

Result-oriented mind with passion for work

Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility

Experience:
