Work Planning and execution Coating, Scaffolding Work (Painting, Blasting, Surface Cleaning etc.)

Manpower and Material Planning.

Conducting TBTs and work planning-meet and guidance to assigned Team.

Monitoring and Controlling the Work/Project Timelines and Budget. Submitting Reports and Measurements of Completed Work.

Generating Quality Reports.

Adhering to company and client rules and regulations. Leading assigned team with tools and roadmap provided by company.

Responsibility of Development and Growth of assigned Team.

Must have people management skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

Technical knowledge on Coating, Surface Preparation, Scaffolding, Blasting & Painting etc. will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
