Job Description: 1. Prepare journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and postings to the general ledger; 2. Process end-of-month accounting procedures such as Accrual entries; 3. Tracking/payment of monthly utility invoices; 4. To manage receivables and payables for multiple brands & outlets 5. To manage store wise books 6. To manage petty cash expenses of office & stores 7. To manage billings and reconciliations from POS softwares 8. To manage inventory for multiple outlets 9. To provide GST details for monthly filing of returns 10. To reconcile bank statements with income & expenditure from multiple outlets 11. To maintain sales & purchase register – outlet wise 12. To maintain or account for TDS deducted and TDS to be paid
