JOB DESCRIPTION

LOCATION – RAIPUR

SALARY – 40K T0 45K

EXPERIENCES – 5+ YEAR

QUALIFICATION – DIPLOMA /B.E IN MECHANICAL

[1 Supervises the Quality Functions specially QC Inspection Schedules/Execution and Collection of Record and verifies as per drawing and filling the same record at least for 3 Years/5 Years.

2. Evaluates the qualifications of Quality Personnel and Identifies the training needs and arranges to train the Inspection personnel.

3.To arrange inspection of In House Machining Product and outsource material received from sub-vendors. To keep record of Inspection (Like Okay , Rework and Reject and its trend ) as per Invoice wise/ Party wise/Date wise.

4. Data Analysis of Inspection Report vs. Rejection Analysis and thereafter improvement by implementation of Quality Tools.

5.Allocates Quality Control Personnel to the various Inspection areas as per priority of Dispatched Schedule

6.Supports and participates in all the internal/external audits with preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in every section of Quality Activities.

7. Cooperates to prepare the Quality Control Procedures/Activities , Implementation ,Standardization and Maintained the same for continual improvement. Requirement : – 1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience in QA/QC in the Automobile sector especially in the Machining Division (like CNC & VMC Machine Shop where dimensions are maintained in Microns only) .

3. Having Exposure in Dimensional Inspection , Drawing Deciphering (Reading , Understanding, Ballooning) Knowledge , Inspection Report Generation with respect to the Drawing in proper inspection Format.

4. Having knowledge of Self Calibration of Inspection Equipment/Instrument .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
