Urgent requirement for a Floor Manager (Lobby Hostess) for a renowned Automobile Company in South Kolkata: – (Only Female candidates apply)

Industry most preferred is Automobile Industry, other industries preferred from Hospitality, Aviation, Insurance, etc.

Job Location: – Kasba Area

Interview Location – Dalhousie/ Taratala

• Motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all sales people.
• Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
• Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.
• Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system.
• Helps sales people close deals when necessary.
• Conducts sales training meetings as directed by the sales manager.
• Provides the sales people with the support to meet sales goals.
• Assists in development of improvement programs for sales people who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.
• Ensures salespeople maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Attends managers’ meetings as requested.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Floor Manager from industries mentioned above.

Good communication in English, Bengali and hindi is a must.

Salary – Up To 20K per month (Negotiable for right candidate)
