Urgently Hiring for a Training and Development Manager for one of the leading Automobile Brands in India.

Responsible for recruitment, joining, training, mentoring, grooming & development of manpower

All new joining Sr. RM & RM will be part of his / her team for first 2 months

Conducting weekly evaluations and training sessions at Dealership

Tracking performance of sales manpower and handholding on improvement areas

Assisting GM Sales in day to day planning & operations

MIS monitoring & trend analysis

Responsible for tracking & achieving all MSIL incentive schemes & NEXA Scorecard

Candidate Profile: –

Experience: Min. 8 years

Age: 32 to 45 years

Background: At least 3 years of team handling experience, working at a managerial level or works as a sales trainer

Industry: Automobile sales/ FMCG

Qualification: Minimum Graduate; Engineer/ MBA preferred

Competency Required:

– Team Management

– Very good understanding of Automobile Industry, selling skills, auto technology, Finance, insurance, registration processes, and other Allied Services

– Tech savviness

– Ability to analyze sales data

– Ability to guide and handhold Sales team

– Ability to develop and deliver basic training programs

Valid Car Driving License is compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹420,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per year
