Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Income Tax Act and amendments
2. GST Acts and amendments
3. Import and Export documentations and accounting
4. Labour Laws including PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus Act, Min. Wages Act etc.
5. TDS deduction, payment and returns
6. Filing of monthly/quarterly/annual returns for all above
7. Imports, Forex, FEMA, RBI compliances, Remittances etc.
8. Export documentation, LC terms etc.
9. Ledger Scrutiny & periodic Accounts Finalisation
10. Advance & Performance Bank Guarantees
11. Ensure Timely payment of all statutory dues incl. IT, ST, CST, ED, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour welfare Fund etc.
12. Customer Vendor Registration Financial Documentation, Credit Control, Supplier Bill Passing, Credit Compliance
13. Insurances Documentation and accounting and compliances.
14. Maintain of Shop Act, Property Tax, Digital Signatures, MPCB, Factory Act, IEC etc.
15. Proficiency with any ERP, preferably Infor
16. HR payroll accounting and other related activities from accounting point of view
17. Any experience in INFOR / BaaN (finance) will be preferred
18. Inventory accounting & Costing experience is MUST
