Our growing software company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant. A successful candidate will have to work efficiently with little or no supervision The job will include working with Microsoft office(Word, excel, power point, teams). Candidate will be the first point of contact in the organization and will have positive attitude with excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Greet clients upon arrival and provide the information requestedPerform Basic admin dutiesKeep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls receivedAssist in preparing drafts for presentations, demos, and webinars.Business leads generations, Tele-marketing and handling phone callsContact students regrding course enrollement and updatesSupport management as neededRequirement:ITI / Diploma / Graduate candidate preferred.Relevant Experience : 0 to 2 YearsProficiency in Microsoft Office(PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other office productivity toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with Social media toolsAble to work independentlyThis is full time job opportunity.
