Norma based /Group based efficiency calculation and declaration of breakdown in maintwiz.
Driving manufacturing excellence TRACC among his shift. Conduction SBT in shifts and optimization of shift working team.
Ensuring timely delivery of NI / Export Orders of AMC.
Ensuring base transfer compliance with close monitoring with Plant OPC(Unicorn)team.
Driving BSC and BBS safety standard on shop floor during shift.
Reporting of Unsafe condition, SUSA, HARP in i-safe (EHS Portal) and taking closer follow-up with relevant stakeholder.
Tracking and monitoring of KPI indicator , analysis of KPI where performance is poor and preparation of action plan.
Implementation of APQS guideline on shopfloor.
Packing and commodity rules compliance at shop floor and analysis of same
